Deep linking to Views, Work Items and Configuration Items

Using a URL containing an Object GUID, any view, work item or configuration item can be accessed directly. This could for example be injected as a property in a Service Manager notification template email, providing the recipient direct access to a view, work item or configuration item through the web browser. To inject Object GUID into the notification template use $Context/?$Id$? .

Example for linking to Work Items and Configuration Item direct link in notification templates:
