Unable to upload offline license file

Sometimes the functionality to upload the license file in the offline activation scenario fails. We are working on a solution for this, but as a workaround please upload the license file using instructions below.

  1. Start a Command Prompt as Administrator
  2. Change directory to: C:\inetpub\WebFront\api\bin
  3. Run command:  WebFrontLicenseActivator.exe /o <Path to license file>
  4. Done

Replace <Path to license file> with full path plus filename to license file.

Note: From version 4.0.5980 and later this issue has been fixed, so please make sure you are running the latest version.
