To show File Attachments on e.g. the General Tab of the Incident Form you can use the Form Customization feature in WebFront.
- Open the Incident Form as a Service Manager Administrator
- Click Customize Form
- Click one of the pencil icons (where you want to show File Attachments)
- In the Customization Editor, replace the XAML code with the code in the attached file
- Click OK
- Click Save Customizations
