Show File Attachments on General Tab

Important: Requires at least version 2.8.5715

To show File Attachments on e.g. the General Tab of the Incident Form you can use the Form Customization feature in WebFront.

  1. Open the Incident Form as a Service Manager Administrator
  2. Click Customize Form
  3. Click one of the pencil icons (where you want to show File Attachments)
  4. In the Customization Editor, replace the XAML code with the code in the attached file
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Save Customizations
