Move Action Log in Incident Form

To move the Action Log to the top of the General Tab in the Incident Form, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Incident Form as a Service Manager Administrator
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the General Tab
  3. Click Customize Form and hide the Action Log (see image below)
  4. Scroll to the top of the general tab and click the pencil (see image below)
  5. Replace the XAML code in the Editor with the code in the attached file and click OK (see image below)
  6. Verify the customization appearance and click Save Customizations
