To move the Action Log to the top of the General Tab in the Incident Form, follow these steps:
- Open the Incident Form as a Service Manager Administrator
- Scroll to the bottom of the General Tab
- Click Customize Form and hide the Action Log (see image below)
- Scroll to the top of the general tab and click the pencil (see image below)
- Replace the XAML code in the Editor with the code in the attached file and click OK (see image below)
- Verify the customization appearance and click Save Customizations
