For high availability it s highly recommended to put a Network Load Balancing Cluster infront of two or more Service Manager Management Servers.
It's recommeded to install the Request Management API on the load balanced Management Servers. When installed directly on the Management Servers, use localhost as Management Server server name.
When connecting Windows Azure Pack to the Request Management API, use the alias of the NLB endpoint described in #3.
