Before doing an in-place upgrade of your operating system from Windows Server 2012 to a later version, make sure to upgrade to the latest available version of WebFront for Service Manager. Minimum v2.10.6146 (SCSM 2012 versions) and v3.0.6146 (SCSM 2016 & later).
