WebFront for Service Manager
Manage your daily work in Microsoft System Center Service Manager™ via a web analyst console. The responsive design enhances the user experience significantly by scaling based on the browser, screen size, and orientation of the device.
The following features have been added in this version.
WebFront now handles incoming Skype conversation as other Skype clients do
Skype notification improvements
Toast message for new conversations
Indication of new message in existing conversations
Ability to close a conversation
The following defects have been corrected in this version.
It was possible to set an earlier End date than Start date on Change Requests
Error messages were not enough visible to users when failing to save forms
Approve/reject comments limit was set to 4000 char instead of 256 char
WORK ITEMS AFFECTING THIS CONFIGURATION ITEM section was missing in generic form
Task spacing added
Minor form label adjustments
