To be able to monitor the health of a request template offer and receive more details of the reason why prompts fail to populate or validate, or why activities fail to complete, logs are available in the request template blade.
From here, each time a user opens the wizard an entry will be created logging all remote source and remote validation web calls and execution of activities.
Log entry delay
It can take up to 5 minutes for log entries to show since logs are collected from service fabric nodes in 5-minute intervals.
Expanding a log entry will show a request entry and if the request template was consumed, the status for each activity in the workflow. When selecting request entry, all remote source and remote validation web call for the wizard instance will be shown.
