PowerPack for Service Manager

PowerPack for Service Manager contains extensions to simplify the daily work in Microsoft System Center Service Manager™ and makes analysts more effective performing common tasks.

Important: If you are planning to upgrade System Center Service Manager, from a “2012” version to a later one, you should make sure you upgrade PowerPack directly after upgrading Service Manager. To receive a download kit and license key that supports later versions of Service Manager, please contact support@gridprosoftware.com.

New Features

The following features have been added in this version.

• PowerAssign: It is now possible to enable clearing Assigned to field if no user has been selected
