What form is used?
AnsweredI have a custom form for the Change Incidents that renames some labels such as Title to Project Title, When I choose the template from Webfront I do not get my custom form. I would like to use the Authoring Tool to modify which ever form Webfront is using. See example in the attached doc.

You should be able to achive what your asking for by logging on WebFront as a Service Manager Admin and combining the possibilities of hiding fields and adding fields (hiding the existing label and adding a new).

I know its been a long time since I asked the previous question, I have a follow up to this one, I am trying to add a date field to the incident form. using this site as an example I was able to add the date field to the incident form. http://myitforum.com/myitforumwp/2013/01/22/adding-a-field-to-the-right-of-an-existing-field-scsm-2012-authoring-tool/, I have also added the date field to the webform but I want to shrink the priority field and put the date field next to it. I do not see how to do this.
Are we able to customize the webfront form using the authoring tool such as the form I updated for incident?

Hi Aaron,
You should be able to solve this using the same approach, hiding the standard controls replacing these with customization markup.
See the authoring guide for instructions:
https://support.gridprosoftware.com/hc/en-us/articles/208697697-WebFront-for-Service-Manager-2012-Authoring-GuideYou're not able to author WebFront forms with the Authoring Tool. WebFront has it's one form customization approach as described in the documentation linked above.
