Error Installing Request Management

I go through the installation and it fails when it is Executing SQL Strings. I get the Error -2147217900: Failed to execute SQL String.

  We sorted this out in a support ticket but for others who might be reading this.

  The solution was to run the installer with an account that is allowed to create stored procedures in the Service Manager database.
